The SVS has been working to develop the skills in different trades for a huge numbers of girls (1135) of our project areas in district Araria, Lakhisarai and Jahanabad under HUNAR-iv program with the support of Bihar Board of open schooling and Examination (BBOSE), Patna.
Apart from this, More than a thousand of unemployed youths has been trained in different trades like computer application, Tally package, Data entry, Tailoring, embroidery, Beautician, Motor Driving, repairing of various agro based equipments and other marketable skills to start their income generating activities with the support of Urban Development department, govt. of Bihar. Almost all of them are now employed/self employed in their respective fields and getting a good earning through their own efforts.
