The SVS has also been leading a local network of small and grass root NGO's and try to build their capacity to become larger to reflect their efforts in a broad manner in the interest of common people of this country. We also support them for the recruitment & orientation/training of staff, technical support, and formulation of proposals, Accounting, tools,/techniques for the installation/demonstration of electronic & other civil/mechanical instruments, reporting / documentation, HR and resource management. Apart from above, we also provide field support in terms of HR management, proper implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the projects with transparency and accountability to create positive response in a larger mass. |
