The SVS has ever been tried to empower the women through their own initiatives. In this context a series of programs has been implemented related to their self identification.
Apart from this some major program to aware, educate and empower women community has been executed in 10 villages of Distict Sahibganj of Jharkhand state through the formation of groups, vocational training and promotion of silk yarn production with the support of prototype scheme under I.T.D.A (MESO), Sahibganj, Jharkhand.
In addition to this program we have aware and empower about 200 women from minority community through the promotion of leadership quality with the support of ministry of minority affairs, govt. of India in Sahibganj district of Jharkhand.
